I'm confused

So I was due my AF yesterday and still not shown I been feel really tired, thrown up yesterday and today, needing loo a lot so after I thrown up first 2nd time today I decided to do a test but it's negative I'm guessing that I'm not pregnant this month and just got wait for my AF to come?
