Teething nappy rash! Advice!!
Excuse the pic but my son has 4 top teeth coming in and it’s took his bum a week to get to this stage (which is the best it’s been for 2 weeks) 😩 i let him have no nappy on a lot through the day if we aren’t going anywhere, have nappy rash ointment, and have even used egg whites on it! Is there anything else you ladies could suggest because it’s breaking my heart the poor bugger 😩😩
