is it ok?
just found out im pregnant with baby #2 😁. i am about 4 weeks along, and dont go to my first appt. til feb 2nd. ive been working out and weight lifting since August, but wanted to know if its safe to still work out? obviously i know not to push it, but i figured i could still work out lightly? i will do whats best for my baby, so if that means i need to wait til i have my 1st appt and get cleared by my doc then i will.
