BFP and will have 2 under 2

Hi everyone! My husband and I have a son who’s a little over 9 months old and we just found out we are expecting baby #2 a few days ago. We are so thankful to have conceived our 2nd baby, but it did happen quicker than expected, but no complaints here! I’m looking for other momma’s who also have 2 under 2 and would like to know how their 2nd pregnancy went since they were close together? I’m feeling nervous about the pregnancies being spaced closely and have done too much internet “Googling.” 😩 I know I will have my hands full with 2 small children, but am specifically looking for advice on the next 9 months. A little background: my first pregnancy was relatively normal besides that it began as a twin pregnancy and I lost one twin at 6 weeks. The rest of my pregnancy was normal and healthy and I delivered vaginally at 38 weeks. TIA!!
