Anxiety!!
Lately I’ve been an anxious mess over nothing! If someone even has a slight change in their voice my mind automatically thinks I did something wrong or they’re mad at me. Honestly it’s exhausting to worry like this. Am I the only one or just crazy. I take medicine but it doesn’t seem to control it all the time.
