40 lbs down in 2 months

So I’ve been over weight all my life. And all of you have been asking how I’ve done it. Well I started my journey off in Mexico, puerto Vallarta. I went on a juice detox for a week while in the warm weather. Fresh fruits and veggies. After that detox I went on Pinterest and searched up different meals and shakes to make. I ate more food, in less portions. So I had 3 meals and 3 snacks. I didn’t go to the gym, I personally don’t like going to the gym, so I created my own workout schedule. I work out every day, 3 times a week I do a very intense workout, either something that target certain muscles or an all in one workout. I also got these workout ideas from Pinterest. I find the work thing people do is go on a “diet”. The reason I say that is simply because they eliminate certain foods while on the diet and then when they get off the diet you gain the weight back because your body isn’t used to the sugars inside. I’ve gone down from 235 to my current weight to 195.
