to preface, he has an appointment tomorrow.

my son is almost a month old and i noticed this on his neck between Christmas and new year. i called to schedule an appointment before NYE and they told me to watch it and if it's not gone by today (1/2/18), to make appointment (which I did).

that being said, he has no other symptoms. no fever, peeing and pooping great, sleeping like normal, breathing is normal, ect. despite that, I'm terrified of the absolute worst. i know it's probably something simple like a swollen lymph node, but can I get peace of mind until tomorrow? anyone else have a baby who has gone through this?

update: they dont think its a cyst (last i heard). ruled out cervical rib. got an ultrasound and we're waiting for results. it does have some movement and they think its on the muscle rather than the lymph node.

update: it's fibromatosis colli!! nothing serious at all!
