So I'm 14 and when I was 13 I was able to convince my dad to let me get blonde highlights in my hair, my mom let's me do anything to my hair so not an issue with her. My dad is hard to convince to let me put blonde or change my natural hair color. I got the outgrowth touched up a couple times but recently stopped so it looks kinda lazy and bad with it being brown and a harsh transition to a brassy blonde. So I've been looking at baylages to do, as I said earlier my mom wouldn't care, but would you let your daughter do this to her hair at 14?
