FTM here and my baby is almost 4 weeks old. I go back to work in a couple months and I want to start stocking up on some freezer milk just in case. When do I pump and how long? I’ve been doing it about once a day after feedings and I get nothing, about 1 ounce between both breast’!! Sometimes I will supplement with formula and my husband feeds (if I’m not home) and pump and get about 3 ounces between both breasts. Also, I find it hard to find time to do it! Frustrated.
