Were you nervous about breastfeeding?

This might be a horribly strange question, but... was anyone nervous about breastfeeding their baby and arousal?
My breasts are a very sensitive area for me sexually, and even now that I'm pregnant (close to second trimester) that hasn't changed. I know I wouldn't be at all attracted to my baby, obviously, but I'm worried that I would become aroused and feel uncomfortable, so I've been considering only pumping. 
Did anyone else have this issue? How did you get through it? Do the breasts become less sensitive after birth or further along in the pregnancy?

Sensitive?! More like oversized basketballs! 
Honestly, my milk coming in was a painful experience for me. My breasts were huge & I leaked milk almost all day. It wasn't until around the 7 week mark they settled down & I stopped leaking milk. 
In terms of the bonding, it's a really difficult experience to describe - feeding your little one is very special & something I enjoy now my son is 3 months old & feeds 5 - 6 times a day (v. Every 2 - 3 hours as a newborn).

You need to do what makes you comfortable.  I hated pumping, but some people love it.
Here is some major TMI...
I live under a rock and I didn’t even know there was a relationship between nipples and sexual feelings until my sister asked me if I got turned on at all by breast feeding.  I was like, “No, why would I?”
So as someone with sexually broken nipples, my experience was that breastfeeding basically made me non-sexual. I guess it is related to the dominant hormones during breastfeeding.  I had lack of desire and trouble achieving the big o until my kids partially weaned.  
It was a bit of a surprise.  I don’t think all women experience that, but quite a few do.
