Newly preggers and sleeping like CRAP. What can I do? :(
Hey all!
So I know it's super normal for insomnia to sink in in early pregnancy, but I'm SO tired and can't sleep. I couldn't fall asleep last night and then I woke up at 4 am and couldn't fall back asleep! I usually take melatonin to help with my usual inability to fall asleep, and Ive heard mixed reviews. I'm a working mom and I already have a 4 year old, so sleep is 100% necessary.
What do you use to help fight the sleeplessness?? HELP!
