Lovenox AND Baby Aspirin??

Question

After 2 failed FETs, my fertility specialist wants to put me on a blood thinner.  She said Lovenox and baby aspirin are interchangeable but I've seen many women be in both.  Why are some women on both?  Should I insist on being on both?  I have no known clotting disorder.  TIA 💖

I'm not familiar with the difference but you might find it helpful to read the blog post 'agate's guide to learning from your failed ivf cycle' which has a lot of info on testing and treatment options during ART cycles.  The info in this blog was super helpful for me in deciding to change treatment protocols and add supplements for my 3rd and only successful IVF cycle (now 26w along).
