5 month old eating baby food other than formula yet?

If so, what kinds? She can hold her head up. But is not quite sitting up on her own. Or rolling over.

My daughter is a week from 5 months and she's had peas, carrots, and butternut squash. I blended it all with pumped milk though, so it's a very thin puree. She attacks it with gusto. She gets upset if she doesn't think we're feeding her fast enough

I gave my son some green beans with sweet corn yesterday and he gagged through the whole thing so I only gave him a little bit. The whole day after that he was very fussy and just wanting to be held. Fast forward to bedtime he was very fussy still so I nursed him and checked his diaper. He was covered in poop all up his back and down his legs. He had to get a bath at 10:30 pm. This morning when he got up to nurse he started pooping again and it was very watery and I caught that one before it got out of his diaper. I told my sister about it since she works at his pediatrician's office and she told me that his doctor said not to give him any more until he turns 6 months because his tummy just isn't ready for solids.
