Do ya’ll think this is just dry skin? Sorry it’s not the best photo, it’s more red than in the pic and a bit flaky. She’s had this red patch on her forehead for a few weeks now. It started off small and seems to just be getting worse. It’s winter so I’m wondering if the weather is causing it? She doesn’t seem bothered by it either. There’s also a patch on the top of her chest but I put that down to her slobbering all the time 🤷🏻‍♀️ Should I use baby lotion on it, leave it or get another cream for it?
