4 weeks 6 days due the day after my birthday!

I have the worst boob pain and is making me feel like my chest aches. I know it's not my chest but it gets that intense! I've been having weird cramps, not too painful but definitely don't feel like normal af cramps. More of a pulling/pinching here and there and gas. Any ladies have similar symptoms?
