When to tell hubby?

Question

I know this is obviously a personal decision but when should I tell!? I took an early result test so I’m only 2.5 weeks along. Last time (we have a 2 year old) I took a clear blue at about 3 weeks along and couldn’t not tell him right away I was so excited. Thoughts? When do you tell?

I told my child's father when I came out of the bathroom after taking the test. I was a little over 4 weeks

I told my husband right away both time because I was so excited. Both times were exactly the same. He was sleeping and I ran out of the bathroom and jumped on him, said "I'm pregnant!" and showed him the test.

My husband was asleep when i took a test in the morning lol he wanted me to wait for him but he makes me more nervous lol I was 8 weeks along and didn't even know, I took the test to prove I wasent prego and was so shocking lol

So our tree was still up yesterday (minus the ornaments) so I decided to wrap up my tests as “another present” I have it to him and he was so surprised and happy! Thanks all for sharing your stories

I got a faint line on a cheapie 6 days before missed AF and I told him next morning with FRER that had an obvious/no squint line

I took it as soon as we came home from the grocery store. He was getting the bags out the car and didn’t know! I told him as soon as he walked in the door.
