it feels like i have mucus in my throat, like when you’re sick and it’s draining to your throat, like all the time. it gets so bad that it triggers my already hella weak gag reflex. i do have allergies, could that be it? it seems to get worse near my period(am on BC)

it’s annoying, and i’m not sure what to do to get rid of it... anyone been through this?? or have any ideas

i also just realized i think it started when the weather started changing, because fro what i remember it wasn’t happening during the summer
