Symptoms gone?

I had bad nausea for 3 days straight and now they have disappeared and I feel fine. So worried something is wrong has anyone else had this?

My first symptoms I got were only 6-7 weeks and my breast would occasionally be sore after that but rarely. Now here I am 12w3d with no symptoms at all. No nausea absolutely nothing, and baby is very healthy. Don’t stress yourself some people don’t have symptoms and some do. Luckily I’m the one with no symptoms (especially vomiting/nausea)

Symptoms come and go. It’s in no way an indication that something is wrong.
