Is therapy generally covered by insurance?
I don't know our exact plan, but we have Humana. I considered antidepressants but I think that therapy will be better for me. I've been trying to bring it up with my mom but we are fairly unstable financially and I don't want her to have to pay anything, so does anyone know if insurance generally helps cover stuff like this?
