Acne scars!!!

Any tips on getting rid of, or fading acne scars??? I struggled with very bad acne in my early teens.. after years, my face is finally clear, but I'm left with terrible scarring, which makes it seem as if my face is still broke out, when it's not. Due to this I'm left somewhat insecure, especially when not wearing makeup. Any tips would be highly appreciated!
