I've been trying to conceive for 6 months. I am 13 dpo. I'm testing in morning but i just can't stop peeing every hour or so I just have a full bladder. is that a good sign? at 10dpo I got a faint positive test and a negative test and was gunna retest today but idk if I should get my hopes up or not.
