What would you do?
So during my first pregnancy with my daughter I gained 60 pounds. I went from 141 to about 200 when I gave birth. I was shocked that I allowed myself to gain like that, but hey I didn't push that chocolate milk I craved all the time away 😂 My daughter is now almost 2 and my husband and I are thinking of trying for #2. I'll be honest I was not all into exercising the first year after pregnancy. I was just so focused on my daughter that I didn't get back to it as soon as I would have liked. I eventually started exercising more and dropped weight. However, I still am now where I was before my first. I currently weigh about 160. I would like to not really wait much longer to try for another. I'm not sure if I should try and drop the extra weight before or just try and if I become pregnant to really work on maintaining this time as I didn't before. What would you do?
