Weight watchers anyone?

I just started using WW freestyle program on a whim. I wanted to lose weight all year and only did about 12-15 lbs, and need to lose 50 more to get to my end goal.

Anyone have any tips for a WW beginner? Anything they liked or disliked about the plan?

Currently not going to the gym on a regular schedule, but want to do cardio and weight training to tone my body as I lose weight.

First deadline is in April (7th), id like to be down 30 lbs, (I know that’s a stretch, at more than 2lbs a week!) and keep going to get the next 20 off, then maintain.

(I’m 5’3, about 178lbs, and goal weight is around 128)
