Braxton Hicks??

I’m 19w5d and I’ve had Braxton Hicks. I don’t know if I should contact my dr because when it happens I start having cramping pains in my back. I thought this was too early to experience them?

I read that they can start around 18 weeks

I am also 19 weeks this week and had a couple but I drank a ton of water the rest of the day and they stopped and I haven't had them again. Try drinking even more water is my advise. It always helped in my first pregnancy (until the later months of pregnancy)
