Anyone else getting dizzy in the shower?

I literally can’t shower for more than 7 minutes without getting lightheaded and that’s just not enough time to wash & shave 😩 I’m about to the point of buying one of those shower chairs for the elderly lol. I keep the temp fairly cold even so it isn’t me being overheated.. please tell me I’m not alone 😂

two days ago I got out with shampoo still in my hair and just sat on the bathroom floor. I was afraid I would pass put and fall. 😱

I almost passed out in the shower last week. It was the scariest thing ever. Doctor said to move around and pump my legs when shower and to avoid standing stationary. So now I put some music on and dance while showering

I get like this if I start feeling dizzy I just turn the hot water off and the cold helps me feel so much better

I keep the door open. We only have a stand up shower so it’s super tiny & the heat is overbearing so when I keep the bathroom door open it keeps the steam from building up

Are you eating beforehand? I can’t shower or do anything for that matter on an empty stomach anymore

Are you showering in the morning before you’ve had anything to eat? Also the water is probably too hot. I have this problem even when I’m not pregnant.

I shower with the curtain cracked and door open because i get dizzy and nauseous as well 🤦🏽‍♀️😩
