Negative test-could I still be pregnant?

I had what I thought was implantation bleeding for about 6/7 days over a week before my period was due. My period is now 2 weeks late but I tested at one week late and I got a negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Wait- you mean the implantation bleeding lasted six or seven days? Or you got it 6/7 days before your period? Just trying to see so I can offer advice! Here is some info, does any of this sound like what you had?

I'm in the same boat as you! I had 3 days of spotting 2 weeks before my period was due and I am now 3 1/2 weeks late on my period with nothing but BGN on my tests! When I called my OBGYN she said some women just miss a month every now and again (I never have in my 21 years of having my period) and that if I still haven't had my period by my appointment (Jan 26) they would do a blood tests because there is a possibility of just having low HCG levels.
