For foods you should avoid any kind of raw fish or seafood, raw eggs so always cook your eggs all the way through no runny yellow yolk, coffee is fine just limit yourself to one or two a day, deli meats unless you heat it up yourself, unwashed lettuce/vegetables always wash before eating, unpasteurised milk/cheese and fruit juices. You can pretty eat anything else that you want. Of course try to limit your junk food and eat as many fruits and veggies as you can! Also take your prenatal vitamins. Good luck!
