Should I trust my boyfriend?

I’ve been with my boyfriend a long time now and he has a really close friend called Chloe (who is a lesbian , which is fine obviously). She recently came out to her family and her parents kicked off and told her to leave and now she’s temporarily living with my boyfriend. They spend a hell of a lot of time together. Should I be worried ?? It makes me feel a tad insecure as it’s another girl staying with my boyfriend, what should I do ?
