was only 3.5 weeks but it broke my heart . I want a baby more than anything but it’s highly unlikely because my doctors say I have endometriosis on my left side and my husband has a low sperm count and mobility . I read online it could be implantation bleeding but I thought that was before your period ? I just refuse to take a pregnancy test because the last 100 ones said negative until the one 😢 please help ....
