6wk wake up to nausea

Since my positive pregnancy test I’ve been patiently waiting for a symptom just to ease my mind a tad. Finally a symptom and I’m actually happy about it haha 4th pregnancy over here & I’ve never experienced morning sickness so the off and on nausea is doable thus far.
