First ultra sound today! Ovarian cysts....

Okay so I had my first US this morning I thought I was 6w 4d tech said I was measuring 6w 6d and baby had a heart rate of 110bpm which they said was excellent. The only thing that I’m concerned with is that she said I had 2 small cysts on my left ovary but based on the “type” luteal is what I believe she called it was actually a “good” thing because she said they contain hormones that can prevent miscarriage...I’ve never heard of this before and she assured me it was nothing to worry about but I am slightly concerned...anyone else experienced this?!
