Hey Ladies! For those of you who spot before your period, do you count that as day 1 of your cycle or the day AF comes full force? Spotting before my period is new for me. It will be really, really light, barely there one day, and then the next day she’s fully here...
with a vengeance, which is how my period would normally just start.
