Birth Control problem?

I stopped taking birth control (that I started due to irregular periods) to see if I am somewhat regular, and if I wouldn't feel as bad emotionally. (I was feeling really down so I wanted to do regrettable things and the longer I stayed on it the worse I got)Since I stopped I've been bleeding for a month  with a few days of not bleeding occasionally.

Hormonal birth control is really just a cover up of the symptoms you're experiencing. It's not really a solution if when you come off your cycle isn't normal! If you feel better emotionally then stay off and look at other birth control methods (condoms, IUD, etc). If you noticed no change emotionally, go back on and talk to a doctor about the other stuff!
