Heartbroken 💔
Just been for my 12 week scan and they couldn't find my babys heartbeat. my baby stopped at 8 weeks 😢 I didn't know as I've had no bleeding. I'm absoulelty heartbroken. I just don't want to go through the miscarriage I wish this was all just a dream 😢💔
