Hey ladies! So I’m 37+3 weeks pregnant and have definitely been getting itchy all over the past week or so, which I’ve just attributed to pregnancy hormones and the wonderfully dry NY winter air. But the past few nights the soles of my feet have been SO itchy. Like keeping me awake itchy. But it only seems to be at night? Then last night it started in the palms of my hands too. I’ve tried lotion, calamine lotion, essential oils that are supposed to be anti itch, and soaking in Luke warm water and nothing really seems to help.

Called my midwife this morning because dr Google has me nervous (if you google itchy hands and feet in pregnancy obstetric cholestasis pops up everywhere, but I’m trying to not self diagnose here 😂) and I’m waiting for a call back, just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this? If you have, did anything help?!
