Is a short follicular phase normal?

My cycles used to be 28 days but the last year or so they are 24-26 ish days. Is this Okay?

my cycles are between 24 to 28 days and I think it is due to ovarian cyst.  With a short follicular phase as long as you ovulate by the 11th day you should be ok.  I think it's when you ovulate 10 day or less is when it becomes a concern of releasing and immature egg.
