Pre-Sonogram Nerves?

I’m having my first sonogram today, I’m exactly nine weeks. I am unfortunately one of those people who is always thinking the worst will happen so I’m petrified that they won’t find a heartbeat...did anyone else have this fear? How did you deal with it??

Had my first ever sonogram two days ago, I barley slept from sorry as I’m such an unlucky person and I suffer with anxiety as it is. But all was fine, actually found out I have two little joys growing inside of me, but yeah. They found heartbeats and the lady was nice.

Update: everything went well, we heard the heartbeat and the baby is perfect. I was crying like crazy in relief!! All that worrying for nothing. Thanks for your advice! ❤️

This was me! And I was just nervous. But everything was fine, and it is amazing how much better I have slept since.

I always have this fear. I’ve had 8 Miscarriages so I get very freaked out. All is probably ok. Best of luck at your u/s! Mine is tomorrow. I am a ball of nerves.

I had that fear. The only way to get over it is to see that beautiful flicker. Once you see that the fear melts away.
