D-Mannose for UTIs???

Question

Has anyone ever taken D-mannose to prevent (or treat) a UTI? I’ve struggled with them in the past, to the extent which I was prescribed low-dose antibiotics to take before or after sexual intercourse, and I just found out about D-mannose, so I’m curious if it’s been effective for anyone else?

They aren't helpful for treating them. But supposedly it's good at preventing.
they come in both powder and pill form. So you can take a pill everyday or put the powder in a drink and drink that everyday

Works for me everytime! I don't eat carbs or sugar while I'm on it! It works better that way

They didn’t do anything at all for me. The only thing that worked was 1-2 antibacterial cystex pills a day.

Cranberry tablets helped me! 
6 a day for the first month. Then I went to 2 a day. Now I just take them when I remember. Haven't had an issue since first taking them!
