TMI ladies

so I'm 5-6 dpo and I been having crazy symptoms and all started at 4dpo

at 4 dpo was fine all day until 10 at night I had hot pockets round 9:30 and had crazy heartburn upset stomach and nauseous

5dpo was nauseous all day and started cramping slightly

6dpo which is today I been having a twinge feeling in my uterus area not painful but still feel it a little nauseous and TMI coming I checked my cervix and its really high almost couldnt feel it its medium to soft and slightly closed and I had a iron smell like blood but no blood

what do you ladies think
