Zarbees at Walgreens or cvs works great for my daughter. It’s homeopathic & over the counter & safe for Baby. They have a cough and cold med and a vapor rub! Good for even new borns!

For a fever I use Tylenol first, and ibuprofen if the Tylenol wasn’t enough. For a cold, I don’t really have any suggestions other than saline spray and snot suck...good luck! Sick baby is never fun;(

Unfortunately they’re still too young for all the ‘good’ cold medicines. For a fever or teething we use Motrin at night because it’s supposed to last a full 8 hours. I️ believe you can mix acetaminophen and ibuprofen if you really need to. Cool mist humidifier in babies room helped us a ton! If you’re up north the heat could be drying out the house dramatically, I️ checked our babies room which is usually 50% and it was well below 20% last week 😳 That helped ours a ton with sleeping. When she’s had a cold in past- our go to is a teeny bit of baby Vick’s, some saline and suck her nose out, steamy showers etc. Hope your LO feels better!
