Toxic friendship??

I have had the same best friend since I was like 6, (im 15 now) she says sarcastic comments about my weight, height and other stuff. She makes fun of me when I text guys or anything, and she refuses to do anything she doesn’t want to. We went ice skating recently and she sat on the outside and was super rude because she didn’t want to come. Is this a toxic relationship? Should I talk to her about how rude she is sometimes? What do you guys think I should do 😬
