Water Intake
Anyone else having a difficult time getting in all the water we’re supposed to drink in one day (80 oz minimum)? Part of my problem is before pregnancy I preferred Coke over anything else. I’ve cut WAY back on that, sometimes none at all or a 12oz can at most since high caffeine consumption is also linked to early miscarriage. Also, it’s like a high of 10 degrees today here in Ohio. Who wants to drink that much water when it isn’t hot outside.
