My ex has fucked me up so badly

My ex has fucked me up so badly that it’s making me self sabotage my current relationship.. like I’m thinking and making up assumptions that aren’t even real and it sucks 😭

My ex was physically, emotionally and mentally abusive towards me and it’s really taken a toll on me and it’s getting to me in my head so badly lol

Like I feel like it’s gonna happen alll over again but deep down I know it won’t but I’m always gonna have that fear in the back of my head and the scars to remind me :/
