Starting Vitex
Hello! I’m wondering if it’s okay to start Vitex CD 12? I had a positive OPK a few days ago but due to endometriosis(had a lap and removal in July) I’m not convinced I’m ovulating. I am 40 as well so I thought I’d try Vitex. I’m nervous though as I hear it’s affected some women emotionally and I already have extreme PMS. Thanks so much ladies for any input/experience with this 😊
