We are in the NICU still he is now 3 weeks old and we are waiting for him to get the hang of eating , so hes at 54ml of milk and orally hes been taking 42-45 ml which is awesome and thats when im feeding him , hes a slow eater , which takes him about 30 min to eat , i dont care since im here for him and i go home when my other kids are off school and make dinner and then go back to The NICU , so i know the nurses have other babies to take care of but they put my lil one on a scedule 30 mins before the other babies due to him taking longer to feed , ive noticed that some nurses dont wana take the time to feed him and then gavash the rest , i know this for a fact he always does awesome for me im here all the time so maybe 2 -3 feedings im not here , and i always see whos gona b his nurse , idk about you other NIcU mommas but i do have my favorite nurses and others i vant stand them talkin to touchin my lil one, i can tell how fake they are when im out of the room to get water they never talk to him and then i come back they start saying oh its ok pumpkin 🙄😤😤like seriously , why talk to him when u see me and not tslk to him when im not present , im just frustrated with some of these nurses , this is not my first time being a nicu momma , my twins were born here 12 yrs ago and they were born at 25 weeks . I know alot of the nurses from then , that are still here 12 yrs later and alot of new nurses that are young and on there dumb cell phones when they should be lookin out for the babies , i jus wish my lil one would drink all his bottle so we can get outta here seriously , i wana put him in his crib and rest on the new recliner i got for him and use all his clothes , i envy all the mommas that get to have a baby and take rhem home right away , im 3 weeks pp and this c section is the worst i have had , i sorry for venting , jus a frustrated nicu mom !!
