Postpartum Depression Signs
For those of you mommies who have struggled with or are struggling with PPD, could you explain how you knew you were experiencing it? I’m curious about what some telling symptoms/signs can be or what y’all experienced in particular? I’m a first time mommy and I’m unsure.
