So decided I wanted to try a home fetal doppler just to prove that I am in fact pregnant. even though I saw my baby at 7 weeks, I have no obvious symptoms and have had the most awful cold for 3+ weeks so convinced myself it had caused harm. It arrived yesterday and I spent what seemed like hours and found no heartbeat, tried to keep positive. tried again today -still no heartbeat. boyfriend wanted a go, so I had a nap whilst he was trying to find it - nothing! I woke up with tears in my eyes, I grabbed the doppler whilst he went to the toilet, moved it slightly and there it was! my babies heartbeat ❤❤❤ I burst into tears. must be a wriggler as was literally 20 seconds and it moved and I couldn't find it again. I'm gonna leave it now till I'm 12 weeks and hope it will be easier to find. It was amazing to hear, but what a stressful couple of days!!!
