Round Ligament Pain at 6 Weeks?

First time momma here and experiencing round ligament pain already. I've researched a bit and that seems to be what this is.

Is this possible? What's your experience with round ligament pain? When did it start for you?

I also have a suspicion I may be pregnant with twins. My grandma on my dad's side was a twin and my mom miscarried twins not too long ago. Could early symptoms like this be a possible sign?

It's just a fun thought to play with before my ultrasound coming up this week! 💙
