Over easy eggs?

So I want over easy eggs, is it okay to eat them since technically they aren’t fully cooked?

Get pasteurized eggs! There are certain brands on the grocery store that are pasteurized and they are safe to eat over easy. If the box doesn't say pasteurized then it isn't. So make sure you get the right ones. I was craving a burger with a sunny side egg and that's what I've been doing. 👍👍

I think the hardline restriction is to only have fully cooked BC of the Risk for salmonella... but I buy pasteurized eggs and eat em over easy in both my pregnancies. Knock on wood, I’ve never been sick from eating undercooked eggs pregnant or not, so I’m taking the risk in exchange for yummy gooey goodness

I can't stand well done eggs, Iv continued to have them runny. In the Uk as long as the eggs are lion quality then it's now considered ok. So I guess it depends where you live

I know that the consequences of contacting an illness would be severe and my baby would be exceedingly sick, time in the hospital. And perhaps early labor. I wouldn’t risk it.

Don’t risk it for the biscuit. You can’t be afraid of everything during pregnancy but you must deal with the possible consequences. I personally would avoid anything partially uncooked.
