Disappointing evening

I started going out with a great guy at the beginning of December. I am an exchange student in his country and I went home for the holidays. We haven't seen each other for over two weeks and he was supposed to be out of town until the end of this week.

However, his plans changed and he got to go home today! I was so excited, because I came to my dorm today as well and we planned to spend the night together! My roommate goes home for the weekends, so it would be perfect.

I've sent her a message on Facebook to ask when she gets back on Sunday, because once she came back about half an hour after my night visitor left.

However, my boyfriend came home and found out that his stepdad had a skiing accident and is in a hospital outside the city. He's going there to pick up his mom and isn't sure when he gets back. The plan was to see when he gets back and if it's still not too late, he would come to my dorm.

So I still had a glimpse of a chance that I would get to see him tonight after missing him for two weeks, when I got a message from my roommate. She's at a birthday party today and she'll be coming back tonight around 2-3am! 😥

I'm quite disappointed right now that my wonderful evening fell apart!
